Furniture

We provide relaxed chill-out lounge furniture in a variety of styles and colours to perfectly suit your venue and event ambience. You select the range and colour you like and we will create the made to measure floorplan.

Drinks bar

You know there has to be a bar—but how big and in what style? Take our advice and make sure your drinks area is large enough so guests aren’t left queuing and can spend more time enjoying the party.

Draping

Add elegance to romantic afternoon events or create an exotic backdrop for lighting as the evening extends into the night. Draping is also the ideal solution for concealing existing areas of a venue that do not match the decor style or theme you want to create. All drapes are made to measure and hand sewn by our in-house seamstress.

Ambient event lighting

Lighting sets the mood and is a crucial element of any event—and we’re proud to be able to offer you a vast range of options to make sure we create exactly the right atmosphere. With our professional lighting team we are able to offer an array of interior or exterior event lighting; ambient façade up-lighting, elegant chandeliers, enchanting warm fairy lights, concert stage lights and full on night-club effects, we’re masters of creating the perfect ambience.

We have every shape and size of candle, wax and glass votives available. We can get imaginative to create a combination that highlights the best features of your venue and really make your table setting stand out as the light fades and candle bags lead your guests from the dinner to the party.

Flooring

Perhaps you want to keep it simple and enjoy the feel of sand underfoot or marvel at the original cobbles of a historic venue. However, a lot of rural or natural flooring doesn´t fit well with formal shoe wear, we have a range of flooring options including carpeting of varied styles and colours or made-to-measure wooden flooring. Alternatively for party spaces we recommend our all-weather non-slip dance floor which incorporates the world famous brickwork installation system and can be tailored to the size of your dance floor space.

Climate control

The Balearic islands have a micro climate which means taking some basic precautions is well advised. To ensure that your guests can enjoy themselves to the full, we’ll provide outdoor heaters for when the air turns cool and a combination of fans and a misting system when things get too heated. parasols, fans or blankets are also a great way to ensure guests are comfortable during all times of the day or night. Alternatively, for open air events full peace of mind can be achieved with Undercover Event´s stretch tents.

Portable washrooms

We provide the very latest in high specification portable washrooms and we understand the need for plentiful, clean and fully-functioning lavatories—and we’ll make sure you have them.
